NAIB CANSELOR UNIMEL SANTUNI STAF SOKONGAN DALAM SESI RAMAH MESRA

Melaka, 20 April 2026 – Universiti Islam Melaka (UNIMEL) terus memperkukuh budaya kerja harmoni apabila Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Abdul Khalil bin Shawkataly, Naib Canselor UNIMEL meluangkan masa beramah mesra dan bersarapan pagi bersama staf sokongan dalam satu suasana santai serta penuh mesra.

Program ini diadakan sebagai platform untuk bertukar-tukar pandangan, mendengar suara warga kerja akar umbi serta membincangkan idea-idea baharu ke arah memajukan UNIMEL sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi yang progresif, lestari dan berdaya saing.

Sesi tersebut turut mencerminkan komitmen kepimpinan universiti dalam mengamalkan pendekatan terbuka, inklusif dan dekat dengan warga kerja UNIMEL. Melalui pertemuan seperti ini maka hubungan silaturahim antara pihak pengurusan dan staf sokongan dapat diperkukuh, sekali gus mewujudkan persekitaran kerja yang lebih positif, produktif dan sejahtera.

UNIMEL percaya bahawa kejayaan sesebuah institusi bukan sahaja digerakkan oleh kepimpinan tertinggi malah turut dibina hasil dedikasi seluruh warga kerja yang memainkan peranan penting di setiap peringkat organisasi.

Melaka, 20 April 2026 – Universiti Islam Melaka continues to strengthen a harmonious working culture as Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Abdul Khalil bin Shawkataly, the Vice Chancellor, took time to have a casual breakfast and friendly interaction with support staff in a relaxed and warm setting.

The programme served as a platform for exchanging views, listening to grassroots staff voices, and discussing new ideas aimed at advancing UNIMEL as a progressive, sustainable, and competitive higher education institution. The session also reflected the university leadership’s commitment to an open, inclusive, and approachable management style.

Such engagements help strengthen the relationship between management and support staff, while fostering a more positive, productive, and well-being-oriented working environment.
