PENDAFTARAN PELAJAR BAHARU UNIMEL SESI 1 2026/2027 MERIAH
Universiti Islam Melaka (UNIMEL) menerima kehadiran ratusan pelajar baharu bagi Sesi I Akademik 2026/2027 dalam suasana penuh ceria dan semangat di kampus utama universiti itu hari ini.
Seawal pagi, pelajar bersama ibu bapa mula hadir bagi melengkapkan proses pendaftaran untuk pelbagai program pengajian melibatkan peringkat Asasi, Diploma dan Ijazah Sarjana Muda yang ditawarkan oleh UNIMEL.
Suasana sekitar kampus turut dipenuhi dengan pelbagai aktiviti sambutan, bantuan sukarelawan mahasiswa serta sokongan daripada warga universiti bagi memastikan proses pendaftaran berjalan lancar dan teratur.
Naib Canselor UNIMEL, Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Abdul Khalil bin Shawkataly berkata, kemasukan pelajar baharu ini membuktikan keyakinan masyarakat terhadap kualiti pendidikan serta pembangunan holistik yang ditawarkan oleh UNIMEL.
Menurut beliau, UNIMEL komited dalam melahirkan graduan yang bukan sahaja cemerlang dalam akademik, malah memiliki nilai kepimpinan, keusahawanan dan sahsiah selaras dengan aspirasi universiti melalui konsep H.E.R.O iaitu Holistic, Entrepreneurial, Responsible dan Outstanding.
Beliau turut menzahirkan penghargaan kepada ibu bapa yang terus memberi kepercayaan kepada UNIMEL sebagai destinasi pendidikan tinggi anak-anak mereka.
Dalam masa sama, pelajar baharu turut melahirkan rasa teruja untuk memulakan kehidupan sebagai mahasiswa dan berharap dapat menimba ilmu serta pengalaman sepanjang berada di kampus.
UNIMEL juga terus mengorak langkah sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi yang progresif apabila menerima pengiktirafan TalentBank 6 Bintang selain menawarkan pelbagai program akademik yang relevan dengan keperluan industri semasa.

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR UNIMEL ACADEMIC SESSION I 2026/2027 RECEIVES ENTHUSIASTIC RESPONSE
Universiti Islam Melaka (UNIMEL) welcomed hundreds of new students for Academic Session I 2026/2027 in a cheerful and spirited atmosphere at its main campus today.
From early morning, students accompanied by their parents arrived to complete the registration process for various academic programmes offered by UNIMEL, including Foundation, Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree programmes.
The campus was filled with welcoming activities, assistance from student volunteers, and support from university staff to ensure that the registration process ran smoothly and efficiently.
UNIMEL Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Abdul Khalil Shawkataly, said that the intake of new students reflects the public’s confidence in the quality of education and holistic development offered by the university.
According to him, UNIMEL remains committed to producing graduates who excel not only academically but also possess leadership qualities, entrepreneurial skills, and strong character, in line with the university’s H.E.R.O concept: Holistic, Entrepreneurial, Responsible, and Outstanding.
He also expressed his appreciation to parents for their continued trust in UNIMEL as a preferred destination for their children’s higher education.
At the same time, the new students shared their excitement about beginning their journey as university students and expressed their hopes of gaining valuable knowledge and experiences throughout their time on campus.
