Fun Run Merdeka Semarakkan Patriotisme dan Gaya Hidup Sihat di UNIMEL

Suasana penuh meriah dan patriotik mewarnai Fun Run Merdeka sempena Majlis Pelancaran Sambutan Bulan Kebangsaan ke-68 peringkat Universiti Islam Melaka (UNIMEL). Seramai 150 pelajar telah menyertai larian ini sambil mengibarkan Jalur Gemilang dengan penuh semangat cinta tanah air.

Acara ini bukan sahaja menyemarakkan sambutan kemerdekaan, malah turut menyampaikan mesej penting tentang kepentingan gaya hidup sihat. Aktiviti riadah seperti larian mampu meningkatkan kecergasan fizikal, mengurangkan stres, serta memperkukuh hubungan sosial dalam kalangan pelajar.

Tahniah diucapkan kepada peserta terpantas, namun hakikatnya semua pelari adalah juara, kerana keberanian dan semangat mereka mencerminkan makna sebenar kemerdekaan – kebebasan, kekuatan, dan perpaduan.

Dengan laungan penuh semangat, “Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka!”, Fun Run Merdeka tahun ini menjadi simbol keseimbangan antara patriotisme dan kesihatan, sesuai dengan aspirasi Malaysia MADANI: Rakyat Disantuni.

“Merdeka Fun Run Ignites Patriotism and a Healthy Lifestyle at UNIMEL”

The atmosphere was lively and filled with patriotic spirit during the Merdeka Fun Run held in conjunction with the Launching Ceremony of the 68th National Month Celebration at Universiti Islam Melaka (UNIMEL). A total of 150 students participated in the run, proudly waving the Jalur Gemilang as a symbol of their love for the nation.

The event not only enlivened the independence celebration but also conveyed an important message about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Recreational activities such as running can improve physical fitness, reduce stress, and strengthen social relationships among students.

Congratulations are extended to the fastest participants; however, in truth, all runners are champions because their courage and spirit reflect the true meaning of independence — freedom, strength, and unity.

With enthusiastic chants of “Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka!”, this year’s Merdeka Fun Run became a symbol of the balance between patriotism and health, in line with the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI: Rakyat Disantuni.
