UNIMEL DAN KUYPJ SATUKAN KEPAKARAN DALAM MEMPERKASA EKOSISTEM PENDIDIKAN TINGGI
Universiti Islam Melaka terus memperkukuh jaringan kerjasama strategik institusi pendidikan tinggi menerusi Majlis Menandatangani Perjanjian Persefahaman (MoU) bersama Kolej Universiti Yayasan Pelajaran Johor yang berlangsung di Bilik Mesyuarat Tun Seri Lanang, Aras 2 Bangunan Canselori UNIMEL, hari ini. Delegasi KUYPJ diketuai oleh Ketua Eksekutifnya, Dr. Nor Aishah Binti Abd Aziz.
Kerjasama strategik ini dilihat mampu membuka lebih banyak peluang dalam bidang akademik, penyelidikan, mobiliti pelajar serta pembangunan program pendidikan yang memberi manfaat kepada kedua-dua institusi.



Naib Canselor UNIMEL, Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Abdul Khalil bin Shawkataly berkata, hubungan yang terjalin menerusi MoU ini merupakan satu langkah penting dalam memperkukuh ekosistem pendidikan tinggi yang lebih dinamik dan berdaya saing.
Menurut beliau, βUNIMEL sentiasa komited untuk memperluaskan jaringan kolaborasi strategik bersama institusi pendidikan yang mempunyai aspirasi sama dalam melahirkan graduan berkualiti, berdaya saing dan memenuhi kehendak industri semasa. Kerjasama bersama KUYPJ ini diyakini mampu memberi impak positif kepada pembangunan akademik dan kebolehpasaran pelajar.β
Majlis tersebut turut menjadi platform mempererat hubungan dua hala antara UNIMEL dan KUYPJ dalam usaha memperkasakan agenda pendidikan tinggi negara melalui perkongsian kepakaran serta pembangunan modal insan secara holistik.
UNIMEL and KYUPJ Unite Expertise to Strengthen the Higher Education Ecosystem
Universiti Islam Melaka continues to strengthen its network of strategic collaborations among higher education institutions through the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony with Kolej Universiti Yayasan Pelajaran Johor, which took place today at the Tun Seri Lanang Meeting Room, Level 2, Chancellery Building C, UNIMEL. The KUYPJ delegation was led by its Chief Executive, Dr. Nor Aishah Binti Abd Aziz.
This strategic collaboration is expected to create more opportunities in the fields of academics, research, student mobility, and the development of educational programmes that will benefit both institutions.
UNIMEL Vice Chancellor, Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Abdul Khalil bin Shawkataly, stated that the relationship established through this MoU marks an important step toward strengthening a more dynamic and competitive higher education ecosystem.
According to him, βUNIMEL remains committed to expanding strategic collaboration networks with educational institutions that share the same aspiration of producing quality graduates who are competitive and able to meet current industry demands. This collaboration with KUYPJ is believed to have a positive impact on academic development and student employability.β
The ceremony also served as a platform to strengthen bilateral relations between UNIMEL and KUYPJ in efforts to enhance the national higher education agenda through the sharing of expertise and the holistic development of human capital.
